Terms and Conditions

Clear, simple terms so every experience begins and ends with confidence.

Bookings & Deposits

All events and training sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer. Dates are held only once both are received.

Guest Counts & Changes

Final guest counts, menu selections and theme details are due fourteen (14) days prior to your event. Increases after that date are accommodated when possible and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the scheduled date may reschedule once within twelve months. Retainers are non-refundable but transferable at our discretion.

Service Area & Travel

We serve the Raleigh–Durham Triangle area. Events outside this region may be subject to a travel fee, quoted in advance.

Property & Care

Authentic bone china, silver, linens and décor remain the property of Jeanine C. Holland, Enterprises. Clients are responsible for loss or damage caused by guests.

Photography

We may photograph our table settings and décor for portfolio use. Guests are never photographed without permission.
